Just a quick heads up. Apparently the Panorama team have been following our Mayor Lutfur Rahman and his team for around a year, and are about to publish their findings in a programme on Monday evening at 20:30pm on 31st March 2014.
Apparently the Mayor and the council have been fighting the BBC team from showing the footage which is said to be very revealing. Again the council has been accused of stepping in and wasting money on huge legal fees to block the airing of the programme.
Should be good.

Thanks for this. I read about it in private eye and I’ve been keeping an eye out for it. Didn’t know they’ve been following him around for a year! Should be very good indeed !

Lutfur Rahman has helped me fight my landlord who as let me suffer ASB for 3 years, MP Jim Fitzpatrick did sod all. He as also tried to get free school meals for all the children at school, i was at the council meeting when all the other party’s opposed to the discussion being brought forward..
before accusing the man for being racist and homophobic, why don’t people speak to him direct and decide for themselves . I am a white English gay man and whenever i have asked for his help, he has been there to support me,Lutfur even helped keep our local bar open which the council was going to sell.
I certainly know who i am voting for….. Lutfur Rahman

I’m glad the truth is finally being revealed about this corrupt politician. Finally can we vote to get rid of the Tower Hamlets dictator? You’d never believe we were living in a 21st century democracy by the way he behaves.

His a fraudster that has used public funds to pay for his lavish lifestyle his transport costs alone are extortionate! He pays his friends over a thousand pound a week to be his advisers and has affiliations with extremist groups from his local mosque in whitechapel, wake up people!

Just as predicted earlier, all Panorama was out to do was to try and make Lutfur look bad as they do with everyone they attack, as i said before i heard with my own ears a lady speak very high of Lutfur . all they showed was a tiny snip without showing all of what she did say.
They also didn’t mention what i said where it was only Lutfur and his party that supported me where our very own PM david Cameron turned his nose up along with my Labour Mp Jim Fitzpatrick, then i didn’t expect them to anyway, off course they didn’t want the good shown on him.
I think John Ware and panorama should do a document on there very own BBC about Jimmy Savile and show the truth off what was being covered up there by there very own bosses.

I watched this programme & I feel that it exposed just a tiny part of how corrupt lutfur rahman & his team are, he could not even defend himself on the programme. He has bought the Bengali community for votes through excessive & mostly illegitimate funding. I hope that residents of tower hamlets will make the right decision in the upcoming elections.
